How PropertySeller handles calculator inputs, comparison worksheets, Agent Interview Pack signups, website analytics, email and links to other websites.
Calculator and comparison inputs stay in your browser. Agent Interview Pack signup details are held by PropertySeller and are not sent to real estate agents.

Calculator and worksheet inputs
Sale prices, locations, costs, candidate names and checklist selections are processed in your browser for the tool you are using. PropertySeller does not intentionally store those worksheet inputs on its server.

Agent Interview Pack requests
PropertySeller collects your first name and email when you request the pack. Those two fields are required to complete that form; the separate seller-updates choice is voluntary and is off by default. PropertySeller records the request time, source page, consent wording and your optional updates choice. The details are used to provide and record the pack request and, only when you opt in, for occasional PropertySeller seller information. They are not disclosed to real estate agents. A retention deadline of 90 days is recorded for pack-only requests and 24 months for opted-in records, unless an earlier access, correction or deletion request is actioned or a different period is required by law.

Website measurement
PropertySeller uses website analytics to understand page use and improve its tools. Measurement may include page views, device and browser information, broad location and interaction events. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers or exact property values.

Email, access and privacy requests
If you email PropertySeller, the message and contact details you provide are used to respond and maintain an appropriate record of the enquiry. Email hello@propertyseller.co.nz with the subject ‘Privacy request’ to ask whether PropertySeller holds information about you, request access or correction, withdraw seller-updates consent or request deletion where appropriate. Any future commercial email must identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe method.

PropertySeller links to regulators, agencies and other third-party websites. Those organisations control their own websites, analytics and privacy practices.
